WHY BECOME ACCREDITED?
I believe that becoming AAAHC accredited is where most Pregnancy Medical Clinics need to go. This accreditation increases your credibility and reduces over all risk. AAAHC accreditation would eliminate the "bogus medical clinic" accusation from NARAL and Planned Parenthood because AAACH only provides accreditation for legitimate medical clinics across the nation.

WHAT IS THE ACCREDITATION ASSOCIATION?   The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care - also known as AAAHC or the Accreditation Association - is a private, non-profit organization formed to assist ambulatory health care organizations improve the quality of care provided to patients.

AAAHC is the leader in ambulatory health care accreditation currently accrediting 10% of all ambulatory clinics in the country. Accreditation is a voluntary process through which your organization is able to measure the quality your services and performance against nationally-recognized standards. The accreditation process involves self-assessment by your organization, as well as a thorough review by the AAAHC surveyors, who themselves have extensive experience in the ambulatory health care environment.

The AAAHC accreditation certificate is a symbol that an organization is committed to providing high-quality health care and that it has demonstrated that commitment by measuring up to the nationally-recognized high standards of AAAHC.
